Can your machinery wrap products other than confectionery?

To date, we have also produced machinery for the packaging of stationery (erasers), pharmaceuticals, and insect repellent, as well as for the labeling of batteries.

Can your machinery wrap soft products?

Yes, it can. We have produced machines which successfully package soft products such as creamy caramel candy, manju sweet buns, jelly, and mochi rice cakes.

I want to wrap multiple of products by a machine. Is it possible?

It require parts replacement when packaging different dimension of products. Please contact us for details.

Do you have a packaging machine catalog?

How does your after-sales service work?

We send technicians all around Japan. We accept inquiries about parts orders and machinery by phone, email, or fax. Please contact us in the first instance.

I’d like to see your machinery in action first-hand.

We hold displays and demonstrations of our machines at exhibitions every year. Please check the Latest News section of our website for upcoming exhibitions.
Visitors are also welcome to view machinery at our head office factory, but machines which are made to order may not always be available.

I’d like to use your machinery outside Japan. Is it available overseas?

We have many cases of successfully supplying and installing our machinery overseas. We also have English-speaking staff who make the customer experience seamless, even from overseas.
